What we offer

Facilities:

• Main Hall: A spacious, well-maintained hall with a beautiful hardwood floor, a large stage, and capacity for 100 people. Ideal for weddings, parties, concerts, and other events. Equipped with lighting and a PA system. The hall connects to the WI room via double doors.
• WI Side Room: Bright, well-lit room with windows and glazed doors. Connects to the Main Hall and kitchen, often used as a café-style venue. Features a serving hatch to the kitchen.
• Kitchen: Large and well-equipped with a 6-ring cooker, double oven, refrigerator, two sinks, and on-demand boiling water. Includes basic cutlery and crockery, with additional items available by arrangement.
• Toilets: Four toilets, including a spacious unisex accessible toilet with a baby change facility.

Accessibility:

• Entrance: Gently ramped with railings.
• Emergency Exits: Multiple ramped exits throughout the building, ensuring safety.
• Parking: Ample parking adjacent to the hall.
• Interior: Level, unobstructed floors throughout.

Market Meadow:

Adjacent to the hall, leading down to the River Darent. Available for public and private outdoor events like fetes and marquee weddings.
